Can I wear these while riding my eazibike?
Yes, that is why we sell them. Voice control, glance-only navigation and hands-free calls keep both hands on the bars and eyes on the road. Italian Codice della Strada Art 173 allows hands-free audio devices while cycling.
Why 699 EUR here when Rokid website shows 599 USD?
599 USD is roughly 555 EUR before tax. Add 22% EU VAT (122 EUR) and you reach 677 EUR, and that is before customs, import duties and shipping from China. We are 699 EUR with VAT included, shipping from Italy, no customs, plus a 2-year warranty serviced locally (Rokid direct gives 1 year).
I wear prescription glasses. Will these work?
Yes. Three steps. First, add the Rokid Prescription Frame (39 EUR), a magnetic titanium clip-on. Second, take it to your local optician for lens fitting (up to -16 D, with astigmatism). Third, clip back into your Rokid Glasses.
How long does the battery last?
About 6 hours music, 30 to 45 min video, ~90 photos. Fast-charge to 80% in 20 minutes.
Are they waterproof?
Light rain is OK. Do not submerge or wear in heavy rain, no official IP rating.
What requires a subscription?
Free forever: photos, video, music, calls, notifications, basic AI, offline translation (6 languages). Monthly free quota then paid: real-time online translation (89 languages), AR navigation, meeting transcription.
Can I use them without internet?
Yes for camera, music, calls, AI teleprompter and offline translation (EN, ZH, DE, FR, JA, ES). Online features need phone data or Wi-Fi.
How do they connect to my phone?
Via Bluetooth through the free Hi Rokid app on iOS or Android. 1-minute setup.
Is my data safe?
Rokid does not store your photos, videos or audio. Required transmissions are encrypted.
What does the warranty cover?
2 years from purchase against non-human-damage defects, serviced locally by eazibike in Italy. Talk to us in Italian, no overseas repairs.
