Do I need a license to ride this e-bike?

No. With 250W motor and 25 km/h max speed, OC20 is classified as a regular bicycle in the EU. No license, registration or insurance required.

Is it covered by warranty in Italy?

Yes — 2-year warranty on the entire bike, with full Italian assistance and spare parts availability.

How long does shipping take?

Free shipping across the EU. Italy 2–4 working days, rest of EU 4–7 working days. Tracking provided after dispatch.

Does it come pre-assembled?

It arrives 90% assembled. You only need to attach the pedals, adjust the handlebar and saddle (about 15 minutes with the included tool kit).

Can it be used in the rain?

Yes — IPX4 water resistance protects against rain and splashes. Avoid submerging the battery or pressure-washing.
